At KAHA ORA, we stand behind the quality of our pieces.

If your item experiences ripping or manufacturing faults within 30 days of delivery, we will replace your item at no cost to you.


WHAT THIS COVERS

  • Seam failure
  • Fabric ripping under normal wear
  • Manufacturing defects


WHAT THIS DOES NOT COVER

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • General wear and tear over time
  • Incorrect sizing or excessive strain caused by wearing the wrong size


SIZING GUIDANCE

To help you get the best fit, we recommend:

  • If you are unsure between sizes, size up
  • Our pieces are designed to be supportive, so choosing the correct size is important to avoid unnecessary stress on the fabric

We are not able to cover damage caused by incorrect sizing under this guarantee.


HOW TO CLAIM

To make a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will:

  • Reship a replacement item free of charge, or
  • Offer an alternative solution if the item is no longer available
